Shipping & Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Twelves, we will be happy of offer a refund on unused, re-saleable items returned with the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. You must retrn your item with the Order Referance number or alternatively you can return to our Twelves Clubroom Store in Fahy, Rhode, Co.Offaly.

Free Return To Our Twelves Clubroom HQ

Returns to our store is free of charge! You’ll need to have your Order Confirmation Email, or your Order Reference Number, or the Delivery Docket, and the credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable). 

Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns of underwear or compression items.
  • Yogawear will only be accepted with the original tags in place.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers are treated as legal tender (cash) and are therefore exempt form our returns policy. Vouchers which are lost or stolen cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Who bears the cost of the return?

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility. Returns to our Twelves Clubroom store are free of charge.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed as soon as possible once they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank/card issuer takes to process the refund on their system. We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit/debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card. 

My order is incorrect. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that your order has been incorrectly processed please contact us immediately with your order number.
